Your Right to Cancel
At The Crafty Witches, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This page explains your rights to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
You may use the cancellation form left, or contact us directly by email at hello@thecraftywitches.co.uk to exercise your right to cancel.
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will send an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.
Digital Products and Downloads
The Crafty Witches supplies digital products including, but not limited to:
- SVG files;
- Digital craft files;
- Downloadable content;
- Membership downloads;
- Online resources; and
- Other digital products.
Consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital content contracts.
However, where you request immediate access to digital content during the cancellation period, you expressly agree that:
- Supply of the digital content will begin immediately after purchase;
- You consent to immediate performance of the contract; and
- You acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is lost once the download, streaming, access, or supply of the digital content begins.
Once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise supplied, refunds will not be available except where required by law, including where the digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not conform to your statutory rights.
Physical Products
If you purchase physical goods from The Crafty Witches, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision before the cancellation period expires using:
Our online Cancellation Button;
The model cancellation form below;
Email; or Any other clear written statement.
Returning Goods
If you cancel your order:
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision to cancel.
- Goods should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible.
- You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:
- the goods are faulty;
- the goods were supplied incorrectly; or
- applicable law requires otherwise.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods or digital content are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet legal standards, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or other rights available under applicable law.
Refunds
Where a valid cancellation is made, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after:
- receiving the returned goods; or
- receiving evidence that the goods have been returned,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
